Pricing of Goods and Services
All amounts stated on our website are in Australian Dollars. All prices quoted on this website include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless specified otherwise. The PaintBar reserves the right to change our pricing at any time.
Photography and Videography
You acknowledge that The PaintBar may take photographs and videos of our classes solely for promotion and advertising purposes for our business. Please advise prior to the start time of the class if you do not wish for us to record your image.
Liability and Indemnity
The PaintBar will not be held responsible for any costs or liabilities from incidental or indirect damages associated with our website, services, and business operation.
Consumption of Alcohol
You agree that you shall only consume alcohol during our public sessions and private events if you are over the age of 18 years. You may be required to provide suitable identification to prove your age upon request. If we believe you are under the age of 18 years and you are consuming alcohol during one of our public or private classes, we have the right to ask you to leave without compensation. Guests will not be permitted into any our classes if you are intoxicated.
All cancellations or reschedule of bookings are required to be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be mindful of the notification period you need to give us as stated below. This will ensure we process your request according to our refund policy.
If you submit your request to change a booking prior to 48-hours before your class start time, you will not be charged a fee. Any cancellations or reschedule of bookings will be processed as a credit with The PaintBar and assigned to the next available date of the same class and value. Booking changes within the 48-hours of the class start time will be charged a $25 per seat administration fee. Refunds are not permitted, and only subject to exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The PaintBar.
Private Groups and Events
A deposit of $250 is required upon confirmation of booking for a private group or event, a minimum of ten people is required to secure a private group. Full payment is to be received five days prior to your scheduled booking. You agree to forfeit your deposit if cancellation or rescheduling occurs within the five days prior to your scheduled class.
Online Zoom Classes
Please note that we are unable to offer a cancellation, reschedule or refund of our live online classes.
You will be considered a no show if you have not advised your inability to attend your booked session within the timeframes stated above, therefore being charged the full amount forfeiting your right to a refund.
Purchased Gift Vouchers are redeemable for a period of three years from date of purchase.
Change of Venue
The PaintBar reserves the right to change the scheduled venue if necessary, dependent on the number of students and current
Minimum Class Requirements
The PaintBar reserves the right to reschedule a class when minimum numbers for a class to proceed are not achieved. If this occurs, The PaintBar will endeavour to provide you with 72-hours’ notice and reschedule you to the next available date of the same class and value.
The PaintBar are dedicated to making your experience enjoyable, fun and stress free. We make every effort to deliver our services to you as promised. However, in the event a class is cancelled at the last minute due to circumstances out of our control or unforeseen by us, we will provide you with either a credit to the value of your purchase or provide a full refund in the same way the booking was made.
The PaintBar is COVID-19 aware. This means that we will not run a class if the teacher has had flu like symptoms in the last 14 days and will adhere to relevant QLD Health restrictions (eg. maximum number of guests and social distancing requirements).
